Today I am grateful for my refrigerator. I know this must sound like a lame joke, but it is true for so many reasons: cold beer, left-overs, milk, ice, less trips to the grocery store, sauces of all sorts, cream cheese, a place to hang lists, a place to display photos, a spot to put wet shoes in front of to dry, ice cream, frozen mugs and maybe most importantly: bacon.

What are you grateful for today?

I'm grateful for this post about being grateful for the fridge...we so take it for granted...until it doesn't work. Thinking about life without one...is totally unimaginable! (just go camping in the middle of summer in 90 degree heat while trying to keep the milk cold) Thank you Elaine! :D

I am thankful for posts like this. I am thankful for my husband who went out of his way to care for me during chemo treatments last year, for my beautiful daughters and sons-in law, my beautiful granddaughter and soon to be born grandson. And so very much more. Bless you!

Melanieb,

Sounds like your family was a great support as you struggled through chemo treatments. Those treatments are really rough on a body and soul. Best wishes to your growing family!
